Dealing with customers through our Queenstown and Dunedin Beds R Us stores, we’ve had many people ask us the same question: ‘Where can we buy decent furniture around here?’

We didn’t start Queenstown Furniture Gallery to sell furniture; we started it to help Kiwis live a lifestyle deserving of Central Otago. Locally operated by owners with years of experience in the furniture industry, this is the result of years of hard work and dedication.

Before moving, we’d always envisioned opening a furniture store – all we were missing was the opportunity to get it off the ground.

We’ve spent decades working in the furniture industry and coupled with our experience operating both Beds R Us stores, we knew that now was the time to launch Queenstown Furniture Gallery.

Our philosophy always has been and always will be ‘Service First’. If you’re not receiving what you thought you were, by way of quality, look, or feel, then we’ve not done our job properly. 

It’s why we’ve decided to train our staff to become certified Interior Design specialists. 

AND it’s why we’ve made their visit to your home to provide expertise and advice a complimentary service.

It’s also predominantly why we don’t offer online shopping options. Our goal is your ideal lifestyle. What you read online can differ greatly from what you receive on delivery. We know that the convenience of online shopping can’t beat the satisfaction of getting what you want from your new furniture.

We want you to walk into your home and your shoulders to relax, the weight to come off, even just a little, and a smile to broaden across your face.

We’re a family-oriented business with a team that shares our same family, service, friendly, and very approachable values.
